I ordered an air purifier from a company on FaceBook. It came from China with what I assume is an European plug.
I’m in the US so the item is unusable. I requested a refund of $29.97 and the seller agreed if I return the item. We’ll return shipping is $49.00 USPS. So I asked for the shipping costs to be covered.
Silence both from the seller and PayPal. PayPal then denied my refund because their time frame had passed. I sent PayPal two emails before the time frame was up explaining the additional costs and requesting shipping reimbursement.
They never replied even though their site says they reply within 24 hours. SCAM.
