I purchased a dress from TB Dress for $108 in June 2018. I sent the funds using PayPal credit for this purchase.
I wanted to exchange the dress for a larger size and the seller requested an additional $40.00 shipping for the replacement. I decided to keep the dress but I am unable to get my $40 back from TB Dress. I opened a dispute with PayPal twice and each time they sided with the seller. It seems like no one at PayPal understands that I just want to get the $40 back not the $108 I original paid for the dress.
I am very disappointed in PayPal for not representing me properly. I am not sure if I will ever purchase anything using PayPal credit in the future.
