Contacted 3/3 cola about product delivery - not received - cancel order
Contacted Paypal 3/9 for refund product not recieved
Paypal communication goes in circles, unable to speak to a person, when reached message states they will contact you back
3/10 Cola tech stated problem with shipment - will resend delivery in 2-3 weeks , one month after order. (3/3 requested cancelation)
3/15 sent email to Paypal with vendor communication - paypal could not find claim, therefore would not allow any further communication other message
3/22 papypal sent this email

PayPal Pros: There arent any.
PayPal Cons: No customer support only vendor.
