I recently bought something using my PayPal but it was refunded and at first sent back to my card but then last week it took the money from my card again dropping it into the negative. I then call PayPal for them to tell me that it's an unfortunate event, and they will try to fix it on their end since I already spoke to Microsoft about it.
Now it's been over a week and my card in still in the negative and I cannot use it for daily necessities. I called my bank, and they said that it's not an issue on their end, and they will be opening a case to get me my money back if you don't contact me back or respond to any of the emails or disputes that I've sent to you.
