Have been a customer of PayPal and PayPal credit for many years without any problems. The monthly statement always included PayPal as well as PayPal credit.

Recently PP credit no longer appeared on the statement. I knew that I had a balance and wanted to make payment in full so that I did not exceed the grace period and incur interest charges. Numerous emails to PP either resulted in no response or a response that did not address my issue. All I wanted was the balance in the PP credit account.

I was never able to reach a person and still don’t know my balance. I suspect that the grace period either has or shortly will expire.

I notified them via US mail that I would not pay any interest since I was prepared to pay the balance. No response so far.
