I have tried for two months to resolve this. Someone tried to *** my account on Oct. 7 and set up a Pool Party. They tried to process 3 payments to them of $157. Paypal called and confirmed it was a fraud. Then they processed a refund to my bank of $155.43 retaining 1.57 processing fee of the 157.00. They never took money from my account so should never have refunded me the money. On Nov. 13 $60 was charged to my account by a financial institution for research they say. I never contacted my bank so do not know why the fee. So now my account showed a negative balance of $370.86 in Paypal. I have called numerous times and disputed transactions asking them to reverse the refund transactions because it was in error. So it would not let me transfer money just to paypal online, so I went to my bank on Nov 31 to see if they could cancel the refund transaction, and they then created two transactions for $155.43. That cleared my account on 12-2. This is the transaction #

So my negative balance is $370.86 less a credit owed to me of 6.82.
The ticket #'s for my Wells Fargo account are 15201**** and 15201****
I have tried to chat online but PAYPAL cannot find the payments and they have not been applied to my account.
PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED.
