I cannot believe the situation that I'm dealing with these guys have held my money for a whole month and me and my family are struggling you have $5,497.07 of mine that you have not returned this is for pandemic unemployment this is beyond unacceptable the suckiest customer service and everybody avoids me and sends me call to call and even hangs up on me give me my money I am going to start writing reviews all over Facebook Instagram everything telling how these guys just continue to hold on to my money I don't know if it's for an interest rate. It is unacceptable and completely inappropriate you don't even have a phone number to call anybody at corporate to try to fix the situation every number I call is disconnected do you do this to all your customers I'm going to copy and paste this and put this all over the internet my family is struggling during this pandemic in this is what your company does to people very sad
