I opened 2 claims on this. One was not receiving item.

I eventually arrived. It was not what I ordered. What I got was a plastic bowel with nothing at all inside rendering the product useless. It has all parts missing.

I called customer service they reopened the claim with the some "product not received" I emailed pictures of what I got and what I ordered. I got a notice closing the case because vender said it sent. However what was sent was not what I got. I sent emails stating all this even sent photos of what was ordered and what I got.

Emails went ignored. I sent a statements in their feedback section, again ignored twice I am not happy with paypla for the awful way they handled this case.

Inside image 2 there is nothing but air. Still paypal does nothing to help
