PayPal - They don’t help with disputes
I was ordering a product through PayPal and as it was processing, I changed my mind. But then PayPal said my charge didnt go through and try again.
I did not try again. But the charge went through even though PP said it didnt. When I complained to PP, they said it wasnt their problem to fix. If not theirs, then whose?
The second dispute was for an item that was not as described.
I sent my complaint, the seller responded, I responded back but there was an apparent problem with the PP computer link, because they said they never received my response and closed the complaint never to reopen it again.
I closed my PayPal account. Theyre worthless.
User's recommendation: Use Apple Pay or Amazon pay.
Monetary Loss: $85.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
PayPal Pros: Rubbish pay pal service.
PayPal Cons: Credability.
