I have a problem with this company now and I’ve never have. I have been making my payments towards my TOTAL credit line and they have not been going to all my purchases.
I shouldnt have interest if I make payments. On the customers end, it showes the total and minimum payments, so my money should be going to everything on my credit line. I want to report you all but willing to work something out. As a loyal customer, who makes their payments, I should not be paying extra interest as if I don’t make payments at all.
Please fix this, why should I call to tell You where my money should go. I’ve never dealt with this before and I’ve been with pay pal for years. This is horrible customer service. I have small purchases on my credit line but my money has only been going to my large purchases?
What is this? I shouldn’t have any interest.
I ask for them to be removed And also an explanation of what is going on. I’m livid at this point.
