PayPal - Still have not received my refund

All the documentation with proof that they refuse to refund me. I have not received the items. Only a paper mask, which I thought for sure was a joke. PayPal, Please refund my 130.72 immediately!

I would like to confirm with you all the information about this claim please.
I see no number to contact you directly. I placed an order for Weplay RIVERSTONES on 5/20, this company is obviously fraudulent. When I received my package it was a set of N95 paper masks, worth zero dollars. I have pictures of what I ordered and also pictures of what I received below.
Please know I would like a full refund from them immediately! I have sent all this information and no one has contacted me for the proof. My claim
Was denied without a refund! I do not understand!
The business will not communicate with me now. This must be unacceptable by your guidelines. It wont even allow me to file a claim to get my money back! Thats the reason Ive used PayPal in the past.
Is your guarantee, not your are saying its not that way, when Ive sent pictures to prove it?
