PayPal - Scam and Buyer fraud haven
Case ID: PP-D-2600**** On November 12, 2018 I sold two brand new in box Intel processors, bought from Newegg.com, to a buyer in Russia. On December 18, 2018 The processors were delivered to the customer's house On March 12, 2019 He opens an item not as described and claims I sent him boxes without the processors.
The guy did not complain to Ebay or Paypal for nearly three month or realize this problems and because of the 180 day Paypal policy I am going to get scammed by this policy Case ID: PP-D-2600**** On February 23, 2019 The buyer from Belarus bought two brand new in box processors On February 27, 2019 I shipped the processor with Fedex #785741****88 After the processor was into the customs process the customer complained about high customs and he refused the delivery. The buyer did not return my package and should return it at his own cost since he is the one who refused it My money is on hold by Paypal and I request the cases to be reviewed, closed and release my funds
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PayPal Pros: There are other companies out there to replace paypal.
PayPal Cons: Paypal policies, Serve thieves and fraudsters.
