I live in the UK and have used PayPal for 20 years
On the 23rd of December, Temu took £356.30 from my PayPal account
I have been trying to get this money back since then. Over and over, I have called Temu and PayPal UK
But it is under investigation???
I have to pay bills like everybody
I have been given no time or date for the refund
As soon as I get this payment from you, I am ending using PayPal

They were able to send a security code through email prior to verifying my email. Then after I was able to log in back to my account,I verified my email. I believe that pissedconsumer.com is reliable and very helpful because I don’t think I could have been assisted if it wasn’t for them.

Trapped in an automated system, prompted repeatedly with irrelevant questions, which i finally get the automated system to offer to connect me to a live agent, my responses are ignoredAt this point, there's no point trying to resolve the original problem, as the promotion I was trying to use, and which I had activated, is no longer active. The whole process was a multi-hour waste of my time.
Agent refuses my responses, won't connect to live agent ... over and over and over and over again.

Fraudulent businesses use their platform, and PayPal fails to address concerns timely. PayPal owes me $2,623, and they are dragging their feet to pay it.
They continue to reward fraudulent behavior.
I have avoided PayPal for years, and this is a prime reason. Never do business through PayPal.

I\n Opened an account that was connected or a payout solution for an app that I was using, and it stated that there was to be no weight in withdrawals, no commercials, no requirements to withdraw and all of those are absolutely false. I would give them a recommendation of 0 or less, if possible, however, that's not an option..
their customer services , garbage unprofessional , disrespectful indefinitely , not solution oriented. i wouldn't waste your time energy or resources in any way , shape or form regarding this company.

Paypal has logged me out talking about they are not sure if it's me.
I tried logging in to make changes because the number on my Paypal was given out by Safaricom.
Now I wanted to log in to make changes and I found out that they had logged me out.
Even when I go to customer support, they keep taking me back to my account and they know they have logged me out.
I have every detail about my account.
I want it back, to be honest, and it's not fair.
I want to make changes since I have the number that I want to put on my account, and if my account has been hacked or suspended, they should inform me.

PayPal limited my account for no reason. Their support only offers generic and copy-pasted answers.
Not even they know what the exact problem was. I received payment for my work as a 3D artist, and an hour later, my account was limited. Now I have $31 on hold and can't even offer a refund to a client.
My work is 100% safe; I don't post explicit or obscene content. I even offered to show samples to PayPal support, but they didn't care.

I disputed a $500 charge that was made out of my PayPal account illegally, reported it to PayPal, and the company refused to refund my money. I mentioned to PayPal that I requested to receive financial support from a family friend.
However, it was reversed. A fraudulent charge in the amount of $500 was paid out to Allen Zola. I contacted PayPal and stated that I worked for Mr. Allen Zola before and that I requested financial assistance from Mr.
Allen Zola. Someone illegally charged it out of my account without my authorization.

Their behavior isn’t just unethical; it’s illegal. They blatantly violate their own Terms of Service, US law, and EU regulations that protect sellers. But why would they care? It’s clear they’re more interested in exploiting their customers than providing actual service.We filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and informed our lawyer.
This was our last time using PayPal.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid PayPal at all costs. They don’t care about small business owners—they only care about their bottom line.

Criminal Background Information: Leonardo Pantoja Munoz has been reported to the official authorities for theft of valuable books from Middlesex University library, which he sold on eBay at exorbitant prices. He is known as the 'colouring book thief' of Middlesex University library and has been found to hold a fake academic degree. He has published false accusations of scams against several of our sellers, leading to the temporary suspension of their accounts. Additionally, he has been repeatedly reported for defamation, forgery of evidence, verbal abuse, and criminal incitement to arson at our sellers' warehouses, as well as the infliction of physical harm on sellers and their staff.

My bank said this. Also, the website is non-existent. My bank, plus myself, have tried it.
Nothing comes up. The agent told me to call the phone number, which is not a legitimate number, I feel either.
