My number has changed I cant login

I can't log in to my account that I got years ago because my number has changed. My e-mail address is the same but my current number is different, since two-factor verification is open, the first verification code comes to my e-mail address and for the second verification code it sends a message to my old number, and there are millions of people like me who cannot enter their account because their number has changed...please help, thank you

Paypal stole $200 from me
I was playing online at VA Lottery and have used Paypal many times and made a $200 deposit that VA Lottery said was declined and Paypal said it's not covered for a refund. How is a purchased that didn't go thru not covered so basically Paypal stole $200. I have appealed and they can't give a sensible explanation. Will be the last time they get a dime of my money!

A complaint against an employee at Dollar General

Yes I arrived at Dollar General at 10:37 p.m. to load cash on to my PayPal debit card in order for me to pay my water bill that was due no later than today this evening and I was in line and the employee could not figure out how to add money and was joking around with another employee and caused it to be too late for me to load money onto the card and while standing in line he picked up the person's products that were staying in behind me in line and started to check them out while I was still in front of him waiting for him to load my card so now that he did that I'm going to get my water shut off in the morning and he joked and made a comment to the other employee oh well you'll just have to come back in the morning it don't work that way my water gets cut off in the morning I have kids I need running water I was at the Dollar General in Magnolia Texas off Nichols Sawmill and Meadow Street Drive I think the store number is 21607 no I'm sorry 21602 I don't believe this is right he should have had plenty of time to load my money so that my water could have gotten paid instead of joking around and trying to help the person behind me when he still had the existing customer myself that which was their first that had been waiting at least 10 minutes taking care of if he would have done his job and said goofing off I could have had my bill paid I would like him discipline fired or what have you this is uncalled for I've been with y'all for 4 years I've never had this problem before I would like a response back ASAP and a resolution to this problem I believe I deserve that I'm highly I'm very disappointed and highly upset I held you at high standards

Dear PayPal Seller Performance Team, I am writing to request a review of the limitations that were placed on my Business Account pasqualedilustro7@***.com in order to help me reinstate my account Back. I apologize that our performance as a PayPal users has recently fallen below both PayPal's and our own standards of quality.

I believe there are two reasons this has happened: 1. Some of our buyers have not received their orders. 2. Buyers have received defective or faulty items.

The prior inadequate management of our inventory has led to in increase items not as described cases as well items not received claims. Plan of Action: We are taking the following steps to improve our performance, in addition to the five steps previously outlined: 1. We have contacted all buyers who have not received their orders and resolved the issues. Going forward, we have put in place a system of checks to confirm listing quantities prior to processing the orders as well as a system to follow up with the delivery carriers to ensure our products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

2. We are currently reviewing and working to remove products that have a higher than normal rate of return to meet PayPal quality standards. Several of the items weve sold in the past have a higher rate of arriving damaged and we have worked to remove those items from our inventory to ensure only items with sufficient packaging are being sold through our storefront. 3.

All our items must pass rigorous quality control tests before being packaged and shipped. We have also implemented a multi-person final review process to ensure our packages arrive undamaged. 4.

We have hired a team of employees to help manage these issues and improve these numbers, which reflects on our new metrics. Please let us know if anything further needs to be done to reinstate our account; we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Finally this problem has been resolved Pay Pal at last made contact by phone with me after three weeks. If it had not been for Pissed Off that would not have happened.

Pay Pal have updated my new phone number by phone that took a gruelling 20 mins to do.

My advice to any Pay Pal customeris Make sure you update your new phone number before you switch. the consequences of not doing it are disastrous.

I received two wrong parts out of three. Not quite sure if that's my fault or the company's. I would just like a partial refund. The kickstand fits but the extender foot pegs and the shift lever do not. I only want a refund for those two items. I will ship them back and would like a refund for those two parts that I ordered.
