I had a dispute with a scammer and their dispute department didn't read anything i sent them and refused to refund me my money.
- - Ordered 3 items from Valentine Co/Seranova.
- - Tried to cancel by phone and email.
- - Returned unopened package; started a PayPal dispute.
paypal has closed the dispute four times in favor of the scammer because they did not look at the screen shots or explanations that i sent 3 times or listen to the phone calls i made twice weekly since october 15 2025.
I ordered 3 products from Valentine Co/Seranova and after reading reviews realized they were scammers. I tried to cancel the order.
by phone and by email.
So i started a dispute with paypal.
I received the package on Oct. 20 and returned to sender unopened on the 21st.
I sent Paypal screen shots, and called customer service multiple times but they don't listen and refuse to refund my money.

I have contacted Paypal several times...
- - I returned items to Ann Taylor but have not received a refund.
- - PayPal disputes closed in favor of the seller twice; Ann Taylor has not responded.
I have contacted Paypal several times regarding items I returned to the seller, Ann Taylor, for which I have not received a refund. I have uploaded documentation three times showing the returned items with the amounts that needed to be credited back to my Paypal account.
Twice they have closed in the seller's favour without any explanation. How can they favour the seller, who has kept the items which I am still paying for?
The items were intact, with labels and were returned because they were too big. Consumer protection at its finest!
Ann Taylor refuse to answer any of my emails and the telephone call I had with them was fruitless; they suggested I visit the store at which I returned the items even though I bought them online.

As I received the message to return the wrong item sent to me ,yesterday I went to MaltaPost the courier and the the expenses is to much high the cost is approxmitly 41.00 euros .

- - Issue ongoing since last week; customer service calls hang up during 9 AM–9 PM GST.
Dear Team,
I tried to use my PayPal balance, but it was not showing for any purchase. So I tried to transfer to my card; it got denied several times.
Since last week, I have been having this issue. I tried to contact your customer service number with the generated code. It says they are available from 9 AM to 9 PM GST, and I did call them during these hours, and still, it hangs up! What kind of customer service is this?
What's the point of having this number? Apart from that, please fix my issue.

My PayPal account was fraudulently billed by the above entity, CONTABO, on 1/29/26. My credit card provider and I have disputed this charge, and it is supposedly under investigation by PayPal. However, the illicit amount was again charged to my replaced credit card by PayPal this billing cycle. I explicitly deny ever having done business with CONTABO, a German website provider, and refuse any and all charges to my account(s). I demand an explanation for the continued attempts at billing me while this case is being 'investigated.' I also demand to know how PayPal has been accessing my new credit card number without my permission. I find everything to be quite suspect and unprofessional.

Fraudulent Orders
- - I linked my debit card to verify identity and was charged $52.62, causing overdraft and a $30 fee; I want a refund.
On a seventh, I opened the PayPal app to request a personal profile page to pay online bills and shop with. When I went to hook up my debit card so that I could do this, I was told to hook up my debit card to prove my identity.
When I did, I was charged $52.62, causing my account to become overdrawn, and also causing me to have to pay a $30 fee. I want my money back. I did not click on anything except for 'Ted.' My debit card was entered to confirm my identity; they said there would be no charge, and they lied.
I want my money back. I thought PayPal's trust was real.

I am having a problem with my PayPal account dcksnirungu@***.com. When I try to log in, I can't get the code asked for after I lost the number I had used to register, 072790****, which got sold to someone else.
That means I can't get the code, and I need to log in and change that number, which I am not using. It's being used by someone else I don't know, and the number I am using now is +254113****70. That's the one I can get the code with. Help me with a code that I will use to change that number after logging in.

After submission of all relevant documents, they become very unresponsive.
PayPal blocked my account for no reason and asked for verification of identity which I did. Yet they refused to open my account.
They will not let me withdraw my funds too. Such an annoying company.
