Hello! I have a problem with one transaction I made.
The account of the recipient turned out to be limited and restricted and they can't withdraw the money. Accordingly, they can't issue a refund for some reason. Please, I ask you to help me refund the transaction I made on June 12, 2022 to an email Koskebenard242@***.com as soon as possible.
The amount to refund is $450 ($469,62 with fee).
On 12 of June, I reported a problem via the Resolution Center but they just studied the case of the unauthorized access and seemed they didn't pay attention to my message I left asking for refund.
Please, help to solve this issue. Thank you.
