I'm going crazy, it's been months and your PayPal card company hasn't been very good to me, I bought a PayPal card and activated it made a purchase and never received a item and filed a claim for refund and it's been all spring and summer now, your computer online thing hardly ever let's me into my account, I've only spoken with a couple of people about my claim, I try to contact you and have you issue a refund as $69.95 was paid out after buying the card $80.00 and activated fees. I planned to use the card for a few purchase's, buy the $69.95 purchase was a scam as far as I am concerned.
And time is passing and still no response and no refund. Please help me resolve this matter and I hope I can get a refund of $69.95, and from now on future purchases will be Amazon and eBay only and hopefully it won't be a scam.
Monetary Loss: $70.
