PayPal - I have not recieved order I paid for on the 1st of april 2020

I paid for the order and covid hit and I still havnt recieved my order

According to the comments posted at paypal-community.com, you have up to 45 days to file a dispute for an item not received via the resolution tab in your PayPal account. You should describe what has happened and give the seller a few days to do a cleared refund. Then you may escalate the dispute to a claim.
Paypal gives the seller 10 days to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to you and if not then you should get a refund.
If the seller does not respond or refund then PayPal should refund under buyer protection.

Hi There On May 14 2020 @3:38 pm. I ordered a purse from shop Lilac I paid $18.98. I will send an email and they sent me an email back saying that it was sent to my house I have not gotten it I would like to get a refund and would you please look into this because I think it’s fraud. They get your money but then they don’t want to give you the merchandise. Thank you
