According to PayPal refund policy in order to get refund you should:
  • Click Activity at the top of the page.
  • Click All Transactions.
  • Find the payment you want to refund.
  • Click issues refund.
  • Enter the amount you want to refund.

Someone took $400 & $500 from my bank account using PP. I haven't even been on my computer since last Sat. I can't afford to have that taken from my bank account!! I have Big Bills to pay since my husband died & need every penny that I have to pay off some Big Bills. I don't have any income except of SS & I am 83 years old & can Not Work anymore.
