I've never had to "talk" over the phone with PayPal untill I needed information regarding how to pay off a promotion. I found their number and called them.

As user friendly as the PayPal app is to use I thought I would also be met with a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. This was not the case. l wasn't even greeted friendly. No "Hello," How are you,""Thank You," "Have a nice day," nothing.

The CSR on the line acted like she either hated her job or was a miserable person. I'm kind of blown away. I'm glad I called, because if you don't call in to tell them where you want your payment allocated to, it won't get there.

(I could have gotten blasted with a fat interest charge).Thats if she actually knew what she was talking about. From what I've read on here, I don't have much faith in their informatiin either.
