bought a shoes from scam site, seller has no proof of delivery, but when i open a claim on paypal, seller gave a tracking number show shoes been delivery to NJ, after few days case open, paypal decide to give the money to the seller, can believe paypal can do that to a 10 years customer, not just because the money, is because how disappointed for how they do business, been making like 10 phone calls to paypal, everyone picks up the phone says different story about the policy, really don't understand that, how a huge company like paypal and ebay doing this, they are the same company anyway, so once you done your complain on ebay, you will get the same result on paypal.
