spent 500 dollars on some chinese junk that false advertised, i put in a return request which was approved and i was told to ship the phone back at my own expense and they would cover the expense, i did just that and due to having to contact customer support several times for guidance i sent the tracking info on the 11th day (lordy noooo!) 1so then they refused to pay for the phone WHICH I SENT BACK AND HAD TO PAY TO SEND BACK) THEY HAVE SINCE GIVEN ME SEVERAL EXCUSES AND REASONS WHICH I PROVED ARE COMPLETELY FALSE OR INCORRECT AND THE LATEST IS THAT IM A DIFFERENT PERSON BECAUSE I HAD CHANGED MY NAME LEGALLY, I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER A YEAR TO WORK WITH THEM AND THEY CHOSE TO BE DEVIOUS THIEVES RUNNING OUT OF EXCUSES AND NOW HAVE DECIDED TO IGNORE ME SO I WILL TAKE STEPS TOWARDS COURT
