I talked to the TAP airline again today

On their part there is not fee for selecting a seat online and they did not have seat specification for me.

One Travel has already paid the airline for the flight but not for addition seating fees.

OneTravel sight did not allow me to buy online ticket until I choose seats and had to pay extra for then a total of $110.00 for 1 person.

I can't get through to PayPal Resolution Center yesterday I was on hold for over an hour and no one answers

Awaiting urgent refund for $110.00 (special seating fee)

I don't need special seating I need a seat!!!

Travel is on Oct 3 so this need sto be resolved ASAP

I spoke to Rod of PayPal customer service

then Nick in billing dispute wh opened case and told me I would ahve a response by MOnday Sept 26

The refund has not been issued by paypa

I have called paypal 4 times today

5 minutes of electronic screen when I am finally switche over to a live person the call dropped (this happened twice)

I finally got Kay on phone - in customer service had no clue about my case she fianlly realized she need to switch me to Dispute / case deptamnet I was on hold 35 minutes an no one answered

I hung up and calle back this time I got Samantha in Orlando

she was nice but same thing --- you get a general customer service person who has to switch you to resolution dispute depatment I am on hold 25 minutes now

I will hang up and hope paypal will contact me fast after this pissedconsumer.com posting

PayPal customer service is non existent!!!! Very frustrating

No 800 or 888 toll free number so I am paying for these calls

Add cost to my $110.00 refund
