This is our 3rd negative experience w/ paypal. Our first experience was for a service/transfer we didn't authorize, we notified paypal and we only received 100.00 of the 200.00 we were scammed out of.
(disconnect your bank accounts or you will not be safe. ) Their reason, we didn't buy anything, which is correct it was a scam.
Most recently we ordered two items online, both places wanted payment via paypal. Neither item was received, we have filed 2 complaints, still no refunds, and poor responses from paypal.
They make it difficult to go back and find the prior messages, I have provided copies of the transactions 4 x times and no refund. They only protect the scammers, they made the buyers provide all types of documents, then make you reopen an account to get a refund, but still 2 months later no refund!
User's recommendation: Avoid paypal at all costs, they do nothing to scammers.
Monetary Loss: $214.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Paypal Cons: Will not protect buyers, Lack of ownership, Site is not user friendly, Cant get help.
