I ordered a web monitoring service last year, cancelled the subscription, because the service was useless and Paypal allowed them to debit my account 1 year after I cancelled the subscription. On May 18th, Paypal allowed a company to debit my account for $99.95, I made several calls to Paypal and every time they open a case and nothing happens, I've been a member of Paypal for the last 14 years, and I feel that their so called "buyer's protection" is nothing more than BS to lure people to believe they are safeguarding their information. On one occasion and after several minutes on hold, they transferred me to one of their so called security experts, and all security expert did was put me on the phone with the company that debited my account, which happened to be a recording asking to leave messages.

I didn't like: Lack of ownership, Lies, Fake buyers protection policy.
