I sent payment through PayPal to Kissvivi, a company from CHINA (not readily shown in their advertising).The products I purchased were of horrible quality and sizing!

I spent $66.80 on this junk that didn't fit. They said to send back. Of course they wouldn't pay for it. To get a tracking # it was over $130 to return.

PayPal said just get a customs # from the post office. SO I spent 1/2 hour at the post office, spent $23.50 on postage. So over $90 later PayPal said they didn't receive the return and they wouldn't refund the money!! Kissvivi is the biggest SCAM of a company and PAYPAL is standing behind them!!!

Yes, I'm irate! PayPal wouldn't step in and take care of the problem! BOTH Kissvivi and PayPal totally lost me as a customer.

I am looking for a new way to transfer money and collect money.PayPal was very convenient but never again will I use them.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No help on fixing refund problem.
