For months I have been trying to reach PayPal, but have not been able to reach them. I had to change my cell phone number and although I spent hours on the phone with PayPal in April, their system continues to send codes to my old cell phone number.
This makes it impossible for me to log into my account. I also have two orders that were paid for, but I never received the orders. I need to get reimbursed. I cannot send them an email without logging into my account, and I can't log in because the codes go to a broken phone.
I cannot call them because they no longer take calls from customers.
I cannot open a new account because their system recognizes my email and phone numbers and will not allow me to open a new account. What can I do?
