Was sent money through depop. PayPal then says my account isn't verified, so I cannot get the money.
I then verify the account and I still do not receive the money. I then ask the buyer what the email was associated with the account she sent the money to, and it was the old email on my account. I call PayPal again, this time with a transaction ID, and they say that the transaction ID says the money was sent to my account but they cant find it. Huh?
Been on hold for an hour. Was told initially I was being transferred to limitations, but I was sent to product issued. Was lied to and now Ive been on hold for an hour. Unhappy.
Lost $110. Ridiculous and very unhappy.
User's recommendation: Do NOT use PayPal.
Monetary Loss: $110.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
PayPal Pros: At this point very negative service.
PayPal Cons: Extra long hold times without option for call-back, Cant speak to repersitive, App does not let me log in, Settle dispute time involved.
