Unfortunately I will be closing my Pay Pal account very soon. I have been a member since 2001 and today 3-24-2018 I fear I will be out over $460 because Pay Pal closed and cut off any discussion with the seller of the product I have an issue with and purchased from on eBay.
My purchase was for a factory sealed software package that was not registered and the problem is the manufacture refuses to register the product for me, stating because I bought from a private seller and not an authorized dealer. I have over 1494 transactions with 100 % positive feedback on eBay. So I'm out $460 some dollars? Not acceptable!
Over a month and no conclusion to this debacle.
What crap! 17 year member very disgruntled.
