On 06/25/2020 I placed an order on Ebay for an HP Chromebook X 360 14' the day of the delivery by FedEx the driver rang the bell I told him I had to grab some clothes since I was in the shower I buzzed him in so by the time I got downstairs there was no driver or package and since I would have heard if someone was leaving their apartment I was hoping that the driver got tired and just left but my pass experiences wouldn't let m e believe something as simple as that this company since 2011 rings the bell and leave without waiting to see if the customers is home or not so far this month and last month I have gotten a total of seven refunds which is the reason Amazon closed my account because I was getting to many refunds, so I contacted FedEX to see what happen with my package but since I didn't have a tracking number they couldn't help me, so I emailed the sellers Biggman4409 to getting a tracking number since I was never given one when I placed the order which I found out later is because I checked out as a guest explain what happen told him I needed a tracking number instead of him giving me the tracking so that FedEX could track down the driver I told him to called FedEx and ask them to track down the driver so a few days later got an emailed saying the package was delivered and emailed back and said it might have been delivered but it wasn't received by me, so I file a claim dispute because i knew where this was heading so after a few more back and forth with this company the last emailed ask me what do I want him to do i said the right thing and give me my money. I emailed PayPal a total of over 20 emails asking for my money and each time they told me because i checked out as a guest they can't find any transactions, so I gave them all the information I had and each time they reply I have 24 hours to reply, or they would consider this case closed so once again send them the same information, and they send me the same reply but the last one today i told them used common sense and contact the seller I'm quite sure he has the information so this to me is not wanting to stand by their own return/refund

User's recommendation: have a paper trail.

Monetary Loss: $319.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
