I bought a cosplay suit from a Chinese company (Coser Cosplay) and their work looked legit. However, when I received it, custom made, it did not fit and would not even go on (it had NO zipper).
I was given an address to return it to in China (in Chinese) and the seller refused to refund me and acknowledge that it was poor work.
I escalated to Paypal and spent $17 returning the $60 item. A month later, they find in the seller's favor because the shipping info was invalid, even though you can track the item on USPS's website.
I'm INCREDIBLY unhappy with Paypal. Venmo is looking better and better.
