New ReviewerIn April of this year I purchased a drum set that was on clearance, for $99.99 after 2 weeks of not receiving it I called pay pal. Pay pal wanted me to contact the seller, I told you that I tried to but there email address came back as non existent.
So you had to investigate. The tracking # I had for drums , said they were delivered. But they never came. About a week later I get an email stating PayPal denied my claim because it was delivered.
So I called &spoke to customer service about the situation. So PayPal came to agreement that they would issue me a voucher for $ 89.99. So in June I tried another drum set with different people I used the voucher. To have the same thing happened again.
This time I went to the shipping company,& they told me it was mail fraud. Now I'm out the 89.99 voucher .so PayPal is calling me a lier & I'm out 89.99.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
