I purchased a $400 phone from an eBay seller. I never received the phone.
The transaction was with my debit card processed through PayPal. I have never received a response from the seller and Sept. 26th eBay told me to contact PayPal to resolve the problem
They told me to refer you to case # 2366****PH945882A and to tell you that I would like to open a claim for transaction. EBAY assured me that you would be able to get my money back.
I have the email from EBAY if you would like me to send you.
I also have the paper trail of my inquires to the seller from Sept 4th thru the Sept 25th that I can scan and send you.
I am overseas at a military base and communications are not the best. I am trying to do my best to communicate but the phone system is limited and the Internet is not reliable.
The seller is AMANDDAVI50. The purchase was an Apple iPhone Pro Max 256GB- Gold (unlocked) A2161(CDMA+GSM).
COST WAS $400. EBAY order # 01-05239-*****.
I used a Visa Debit Card with the last four digits of 6553.
Please help me.
