I tried to email you, it bounced...
i have significant funds on hold from my client, Texas Instruments, who signed on as a guest and paid with a cc. went through with the funds on hold. The customer cannot sign in as a guest to acknowledge receipt of the goods (it was an electronic Transfer). They are asking for a tel number *(that someone will answer) and/or a method of contacting you so they can acknowledge the receipt of the shipment (it went via email on the same day they paid).
WE are NOT a new user, and we have history with you for other transactions in excess of $1K...
No matter what we do, what site, email, or tel number used, we wind up at your site in a chat box that NO ONE replies to... PLUS this seems to be a COMMON issue with users, and i add that this is NOT a $100 transaction, but several thousand dollars... we demand this at least be followed up on today and directly we continue to ask for help on your char - the resolution center page bombs when we try to open a new case. And we can't seem to get into discussion except via the Chat box and this site I found to email you...
HELP this is the absolute worse experience, and we are debating terminating the relationship with you guys... where is the value added?
What is happening to you guys? You are failing customer service 101
