Don't call me at 2:18 in the morning. It just makes me want to break ties with you all the more. Furthermore, you had no reason to call. I haven't been able to access my account for about a year because you keep messing with my password.
Some friendly advice. I've worked customer service and you don't call after 9PM, let alone the wee hours of the morning. That sort of "service" is likely to make a customer angry, especially if they find it hard to fall asleep. So do me a favor.
Don't call me. Don't email me.
Don't send a candygram. I'm fed up with what passes as customer service in your company.
