I asked you for help with a purchase. You offered me a refund of half the purchase amount of $50.20, which I accepted.
You kept sending me e-mails telling me to go the resolution center to accept the offer, only your resolution center never worked. Here is the message I kept receiving...Sorry, were unable to process your request now. Please try again later. I e-mailed Paypal several times informing you of this situation and the next thing I get is an e-mail telling me that I waited to long to respond and now you won't give me my refund.
Please rectify this situation and issue my refund. Thank you!
