PayPal - Dispute transaction and subscription
I requested a dispute on charges with BugMD subscription which I never authorized. Your answer was no refund, and not only that you allowed another payment after asking me to reinstate my paypal account.
I told Bug MD how unjust for them to have a trap with the order...they said I didnt uncheck...it seems to me that is not ethical to have auto subscription with the purchase.
Nevertheless they said there will be no more shipment.
I had argued with them and they said they will refund 80%, I said no because I thought Paypal will back me up.
You didnt and authorized another payment and they shipped another moth tape to my old address. Why in the world should I need moth tape regularly?
Both of you are ridiculous, and you are making me wait for a representative for half hour now...
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
