2. I placed an order (#1345, ID #SKUNO56578****) for a Dyson Handheld Vacuum Cleaner on 2/27/21. I tried to use my bank card, but your system maneuvered my payment toward PayPal.
I assumed that since I could not complete the process to officially sign up, this order would be cancelled. I was quite mistaken.
When I checked my bank statement the next day, you had already debited my account for $62.46. Since you have already withdrawn money from my account and provided no date when the product would be sent to me, I am now requesting that you send this information to me immediately.
