Disaster with PayPal

Every time I call PayPal I can barely understand anybody because they don't speak English they're in India somewhere and a call center so you can't understand them they won't do as you ask them to do and it's just terrible customer service

I have no real issues with Pay Pal apart from this " no email facility " The problem is so simply remedied, have the facility !!! As far as paying my bills I`m more than happy, find the % a bit steep but secure.

There is today a mounting cause of annoyance when a code is sent to identify my account & its me. The problem is I have to come out of the site to get this code & when I go back in the code is " not valid " I will use a word you are used to,
" really *** me off " Pay Pal should should make it as easy as possible for a client to communicate with them with no hassle.

Trapped in an automated system, prompted repeatedly with irrelevant questions, which i finally get the automated system to offer to connect me to a live agent, my responses are ignored
At this point, there's no point trying to resolve the original problem, as the promotion I was trying to use, and which I had activated, is no longer active. The whole process was a multi-hour waste of my time.
