Generally good in the past although there is currently a oroblem
I received an email a week ago today that I would receive a refund of $57.88 and that it might take up to 5 days. I still havent gotten it. Any idea when I can expect the refund?

I had the help center get me through my money transfer. The payment options should be easier to maneuver on the site for those of us that aren't use to using online services. Thank you for solving my issue. It was great talking to a live person who knew how to help

Bogus charge, scam
I received an email telling me that close to $500 was bing changed to my Paypal amount to pay for bitcoin. I never ordered this, do not want it, and cannot contact 'PissedConsumer' after a check online to determine if someone was ripping me off or not. My next call is to PayPal to block the charge.

Unable to access my account due to change of number and forgot my password. Thanks to this website I was able to finally get in contact with customer service. None of the other phone numbers PayPal provided in their website or app connected at all.

Fraudulent charge on account
Paypay responded by telling me to go on my account which I did do. I tried to click on "my problem" on the resolution button but It kept telling me that I had no such email. So I assumed that this was because the person who was emailing me and telling me of my bitcoin purchase was a fraud and did not appear on myaccount. I do wish they had a better system of communicating with their customers. THank you for reaching out. Have a nice day.

I need to get the money out of my account
I was originally sent money we had an issue because of my email address where we got that resolved my uncle sent the money back now I cannot get my money out of my PayPal account and have it transferred to my bank account and I cannot get anyone to call me back like they said that they would within 48 hours it has now been 2 weeks I have called several times and nothing is being accomplish here I would appreciate somebody contacting me and I would appreciate my money
