Easily the most frustrating CS experience I've ever had. I had an unauthorized purchase on my PayPal account, which was blatantly made in an entirely different country, and they denied my case.

I then opened a total of four new cases which were all denied also. I ended up getting my refund through the company the unauthorized purchase was with. The PayPal representatives I spoke with were all incompetent and did not help me.

They don't even give you their real name. I spoke to three different men named "John."

In the buyer's protection program that's clearly advertised on the PayPal.com website, there are several instances where the financial institution goes out of its way allegedly to harm its own customers through physical means and also illicit goods or services. When confronted with allegations, PayPal, namely a business bank, had shown multiple counts of evidence aligning itself with felony assailants who committed several punishable acts under the law. The targeted acts included theft, aggravated assaults with deadly weapons, and more.

Further evidence suggests that PayPal was assisting the culprits by freezing off PayPal protection and creating a means of using a personal small business Mastercard for payments. This move left the PayPal customer vulnerable to a series of attacks against him and several altercations in stores where he used the PayPal Mastercard. He was followed by hired thugs that made obvious attempts at gang warfare.

Despite being protected by consumer affairs and the Better Business Association, PayPal began to show an extreme devaluation of aligned criminal intent directed at the victim. Legal authorities had also been verified to abide such conjoined alliances, hence showing a lack of mercy or respect. Such behavior might leave both parties available for criminal prosecution and feeling empty due to the improper usage of otherwise usual proper Corporate businesses that often prevail over a criminal personality.

Paypal has multiple website pages that promise a full refund, including original shipping. But caveat emptor!!!

One of the caveats, hidden deep in the bowels of their legalhub is quote "if youre filing a Significantly Not as Described claim.

PayPal may require you, at your expense, to ship the item back to the seller, to PayPal or to a third party (which will be specified by PayPal) and to provide proof of delivery." WHAT THAT MEANS TO YOU IS "if the merchant makes a mistake and sends the wrong thing, the consumer is responsible for covering the costs of that mistake."

But wait! It gets worse. The merchant I purchased from posts a return policy specifying that the consumer is not responsible for return shipping when the wrong item was sent.

I ordered a black shirt and received a white shirt. Despite the merchant's return policy, PayPal refuses to process a refund until I send the white shirt back AT MY EXPENSE.

So, before purchasing something from a PayPal merchant, consider how much it's going to cost you to send it back if the merchant sends the wrong thing.

I am reaching with a complaint regarding the unexpected suspension of my PayPal account, which has caused significant disruption to my professional activities. As someone who adheres to PayPal's guidelines and policies, I was shocked to receive an email stating that I could no longer conduct business through their platform.

This decision has severely impacted my ability to receive payments for the work I do.
Doing a bit of research, I believe that this issue may have stemmed from a simple typographical error while writing my name during the signing up process, leading to a discrepancy between my account information and the identification documents I provided. I have since corrected this mistake, and my account should now be fully compliant with PayPal's terms of service.
Despite my efforts to resolve this directly with PayPal, my account remains restricted, and I am now desperate.

I'm hoping that this website can help facilitate a resolution and fully restore my PayPal account. To reiterate, I want to emphasize that I have not violated any of the Acceptable Use Policy, and yet PayPal decided to restrict my account permanently.

Look. I have been trying to close this account for a month now.

You told me that you would close it when 72 hours are up for the savings account that I didn't even know I had, so I waited. Will it up and I will not be using your stupid Zoom, it's not even on my stuff, so I don't understand why that person is having a hard-on for that. And then every time somebody puts money in there, it revokes it. I want this closed today come *** or high water!

My emails better not be used at all, I swear to God. Get me someone that can treat me like they are human, then I will be nice but I'm not dealing with those *** Get me off this, I don't care. I would rather die than use these people. And if you don't get this and they block it like I know they will, the next will be the branch office.

I promise you. If this does not get done I swear to God and on every one of my family's graves, I will make this turn into a nightmare. So close my account today and I want someone to tell me it's closed.

I did ask for that information, but I don't even want that. I just want to get away from your lying *** of *** and call please when you are done with it.

I am extremely frustrated. I have been a customer of paypal for 19 years.

My credit cards are processed thru PayPal by Braintree.

On April 28 $1,152.34 was processed.

It went thru April 29 on an American Express card.

I have tried unsuccessfully for over 3 months to get help to obtain my money.

At one point the risk management team reached out to me and asked me to up security on my account.

I did what was requested and was told they closed my gateway down. I dont understand this when I wanted to continue sales with you.

I have emailed with braintree support & risk management many many times,

Im wondering do I have to call the better business bureau or a lawyer? Why wont you release my money? I do not feel legally you can keep my money.

Can you help me obtain my $ and ideally set up sales again.

Id like to continue business with you and do not understand this. Please help me.

My name is Francisco Javier Ocariz Gallego, and I'm a long-time PayPal user who has never violated the Acceptable Use Policy. Despite this, I received the horrible shock of a 'You can no longer do business with PayPal' email today. At the advice of counsel, I'm sending you a polite message with details and information so that this policy mistake can be corrected, and that my account can be restored to full functionality.

I primarily use my PayPal for online payments and 'buy now and pay later' in retail stores such as Zara, Bershka, Sephora, Mango, Uber, Spotify, and Cinema. Everything I do on PayPal is completely legitimate.

To be honest, I have no idea what could have triggered this mistake. I reviewed it in close detail. I looked on r/PayPal, and I am not the only person who has had this problem; many users have been wrongly suspended for no apparent policy violation, especially within the past several days. I worry that it will shake the public's faith in PayPal as a reliable service, especially if users take their complaints to the appropriate business oversight authorities. I plan to file complaints if my account is not restored within the expected 72-hour window.

Please forward this on to the correct internal department that handles PayPal accounts. I look forward to hearing back from you once my case is reviewed, and the limitation is reconsidered.

Knivesharp.com… I am pretty sure is a scam site. My reason for this train of thought is that the check out always tries to set up a monthly subscription instead of just a pay for the merchandise.

PayPal is no help. *** PayPal for the obvious enabler mentality they have for keeping their head in the sand on an obvious problem.
