These are the worst company I've ever dealt with. When I was not asking for my money, my account was fine with no problems.

But my son was having an asthma attack, so I asked PayPal if they could release my money early so I could get him an inhaler and they pretty much spat in my face. I was upset, a little irate as any father would be watching their son having trouble breathing and just being told no to my money. So since I started asking for my money, they limited my account and then shut me down, and is holding my money for 120 days for trying to be a great father and help his son out. I get this crap from PayPal.

I ask you, where was I being rude to his employees like he said I was? I didn't say anything wrong.

I have called multiple times since posting my first complaint. The representatives always tell me to "allow time for the system to refresh" but can't tell me how long that is.

The last time I called, on September 29th, I was transferred to a supervisor and that did almost nothing to help. He told me that there is a block on my debit card and they don't know when it will be lifted. Again, that was almost no help. And I need to repeat the same question or other response several times before I get a response or one that I can sort of understand.

Again, I am getting virtually nowhere and the agents fail to provide useful/understandable information.

I don't know where to take this now. I am located in the US.

Earlier this week, I tried to add money to my PayPal balance using a debit card from another bank that has been part of my PayPal 'wallet' for a long time. Thinking that it would work, I removed the card from my account and tried to add it back shortly afterwards.

No such luck. I keep getting an error message even though I'm entering all the information correctly. I tried calling and having a representative add it over the phone. That didn't work either.

Supposedly, my issuing bank is rejecting the attempt to add this particular debit card.

I don't know why. But this has been going on for close to a week now, and it should be something easy to resolve.

PAYPAL IS CORRUPT. If and when you have a problem with them, just turn it over to your Credit Card Company or Bank to handle.

Don't even waist your time and breath. PAYPAL AND THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LEGENDARY.

Hi, I am Janet Maingi, a content creator on TikTok. I received money from one of my friends.

The money was on hold, later it was in my balance. They asked me to submit documents, which I did. I would feel terrible if my PayPal account is permanently limited.

Paypal hasn't transferred $554+ to my business after several days and hours on the phone. The foreigners repeat the same thing endlessly and aren't trained to help. I've spoken to four or five people

I want my money. Paypal hasn't transferred it to my business account and the customer service people aren't equipped to help.

I've spent hours on the phone with no result at all. They tell me it's Chase's fault and my job to call the bank and straighten it out. But they have my money. No one responds in any meaningful way.

They have double charged me for a postage label and there is no link to refund or stop the double charge. Hours. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

No one is home. This is a hoax and a fraud.

I received money from my friend, then PayPal wanted to know where that money came from. The money was first on hold, then after one month, it was in my balance.

I feel so bad, I think PayPal misunderstood me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Did not use PayPal as they would not contact the seller, and there was incorrect information on the shipping. You have to keep pushing as PayPal does not go 'the extra' mile for you - they side with the seller, even if the solution is obvious.

Their verbiage deceives the customer who wants support. Even if the deception of the seller is obvious, they side with the seller and ignore the consumer.

Don't use them - even if it's convenient! It's not worth it in the long run - you'll walk into a situation where you need the help and they will ignore you!

Basically I went to the emergency room in Colombia, I had insurance but they kept the deposit. They say that it was returned but it was never returned, we asked stop pay, and give pesos they refuse to give pesos they refuse was returned but it was not reflected in the balance.

This can be tracked, they want to help.

Clinica Las Americas is a fraud hospital. The AI trick receipt drafted with one machine but returned on 3 different machines, which is weird stop use of NetSpend

I bought $400 worth of crypto a couple days later someone sold it. It went back into my account so I bought the $200 back leaving a balance of $5.52.

Then I bought another $200 of same crypto.

Now they say I owe them $225 and blocked my account for at least 180 days. That was all my money and they stole it

I was ripped off the tracking that I was receiving showed that it was in Spain the whole time and it did show up on my front porch a week later, but it’s not what I had Ordered.

The product I purchased is not what they showed in their advertisement. They said I was going to pay a certain amount of money, and then they added shipping costs when the product was advertised as having free shipping.

There was a ridiculous amount of tax, 33%, added at the end of my purchase without my knowledge. I was definitely ripped off!
