This process has been totally unacceptable!
First, when I bought this item, it was supposed to be made, manufactured and sent from a US based company. I bought it under that assumption-the fact that it wasn’t, is fraudulent of the seller.
Secondly, it was bought with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if not satisfied, all money would be refunded and product did NOT need to be returned.
The requirement that I now send it back, is fraudulent and not what I agreed to when I bought it.
Thirdly, the fact that they are requiring me to send it to China at my expense to get a refund, is NOT what I agreed to when I bought it. That is fraudulent!
Paypal is supposed to protect against this kind of deceptive practice!
If the seller wants the product back, they need to pay for the return; either way, PayPal should refund my money now and block this fraudulent seller!
I have tried numerous times to call PayPal and speak with an actual representative, but your system hangs up on me.
User's recommendation: Difficult to deal with.
Monetary Loss: $44.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
