Sold item and buyer paid me using PayPal (mistake #1). Now buyer is disputing as unauthorized with their credit card company and PayPal has had $1000 hold on my money for 4 days.
Cannot get in touch with any live customer support.
$1000 is out of my account and they cant support my inquiry over the phone at this time.

I think I should be able to talk to someone about the $1000 that was taken out of my account.
PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT JUST TERRIBLE ITS NON EXISTENT.
User's recommendation: Dont trust seller protection.
You cant even connect to customer service to inquire about the protection. And the message center representatives take hours to respond to you with incomplete answers or answers that dont even relate to your questions.
Do Not feel safe and use PayPal because they advertise seller protection!
