ok.. the bbb has till oct 3 to let me know of the outcome of my problem..
paypal.. keeps sending me messages saying the same thing.. they never had my permission to use anything but my card.. if my deposit had not gotten there yet they was to deny it until it was..
instead they took another way that they did not have permission to do so, creating a charge..
a charge tht i did not agree to.. so im still waiting for resolvement..

Paypal decided to take it upon themselves to make a charge without my permission regarding a transaction to wayfair instead of waiting for the funds on my preferred way of paying which is only one mastercard... and now they have kept my refund and have been unduly rewarded..
they never went through my card becaue i just checked my bank account and it never went through because apparently my depositi had not come through yet regardign that transacction, they have never had my permission to go any other way but with my card.. and i have gotten nowhere with customer service agent or manager.. they did not care just kept repeating same line.. i am so aggrravated ..........
i want my refund...
i was charged it was refunded and the refund was to go to me.. instead paypal has it...
