Have not recieved product

I purchase a funko pop from rigoberto gonzalez on may 13th. He has already collected my money . He has not responsed in anyway pertaining to shipment or tracking nu. PayPal - My account problem
When my friend send me money they hold it 21 days, they say I don't need to do anything just wait for the money to release, then after 3 days of holding my money, they send me email that my account was permanently limited, I don't even know why. I did not do anything bad or violence. I ask them for help but no one reply at me.

Hi Sir/Madam.im a new paypal customer in Zimbabwe. I successifully linked my card to my paypal account. The problem now is that the person wanted to sent money from Norway said they have been blocked when trying to send me. I linked BancABC visa card in Zimbabwe Is there something wrong with my card or account or is there something we are missing out. I will be happy if you can tell me the way forward or neccessary procedures to do sending successfully Thank you My regards Brian

Reset my account because I was hacked

It is all resolved. I have no issues. I got hacked and they said they were from Paypal, but they weren't. They wiped my computer clean, but when I reset my account, Paypal people were very helpful.

Monies were deposited to my checking account not received

Twenty US dollars was deposited to my checking account, after being sent to my pay pal account, from another PayPal account. It has been about a week now, and I have yet to see it materialize in my checking account.
