PayPal dose not protect the seller!

I am a member since 2002 and I have never had any complaint neither buying or selling and Ebay and PayPal made a lot of money over me those years.I have listed a shirt for sale,I sold 3 same shirts all in used condition with the exact description and even check the No Returns Accepted before listing. The buyer who lives in New York by the name Bruce Meyers that goes by the name on Ebay bruce8410 made two bids over a lot of bidders and he did not even take the time to read the description and my selling terms and condition. When he received the shirt he was not happy,he started making up lies in every message on Ebay, first he told me it stinks of smoke then it is damaged then the description was not true.First of all I am a polite guy but I know when to talk back when its time,I told him in a few messages that he should learn to read English or read the description before bidding but what I think is that he could not resell it of he found a better deal, this was a $360 shirt with a retail value of $2000 when it was new and normally I told him that no one smokes in my closet and that it is not damaged as I sold 3 same shirts and all wore happy except this *** who then contacted PayPal to make a complaint. Now what irritates me is that he is a new buyer with 50 feedback and I am a seller with 600 feedback and still PayPal blocked my money which made my business stop for a month and paid him the $360 and I could not continue trading on Ebay as my funds wore blocked.I called Ebay which is normal since the trade was on Ebay not PayPal,Ebay told me that I need to call PayPal and talk to them and I said for what for ,I sold it on Ebay not PayPal?So after that I called PayPal to ask on what bases did they give the right to the buyer and told them did they even read my description and therms and conditions on the item page?I talked to lady named Jenny for 30 minutes,I am sorry that I did not record the conversation as during that time neither once did she provide me with an answer she just said that they still see a value in the item and that it can be sold again,I said tell that to the buyer so that he can sell it if he is not happy with it!I also told them to look at the listing messages between me and him, description and high resolution pictures so that they can see as any 10 year old kid would see that he was making up lies in every message but no,they said they cant look at the messages in Ebay and I then said so on what bases to you judge who is right and who is wrong?PayPal did not wait for me to get the shirt to pay back the buyer, they just looked up and have seen that tracking number and gave him the money,I said who is going to protect me as a seller now? What if I do not get the shirt that was sold or if it was damaged on purpose by him?I seen that there was no justice and told the *** to send it from where it was sent because I am in Europe and that there is nobody in Canada at my home and he sent it anyway to Canada which led to getting the shirt back as no one was there to sing for it but I clearly told him that he has the address from Europe and I wrote it again in the message.I then contacted PayPal again and as normally there was another person working who did not have any clue and is not meant to work there put me on the line with a supervisor by the name Denis which did not want to give me his last name but gave me an id number Denis 37497.This guy was so impolite that I think he was chatting or watching something during the conversation that he did not show any interest in helping or doing anything about the case.I told him what happens now as the buyer got and the money and the shirt, who is going to protect me as a 10 year seller on Ebay and PayPal from which the made over a few thousand dollars and is 100% positive seller?I also asked why do I put a description on Ebay at the first place when cons like Bruce Meyers can get win a case which was in every way exact from the description to the pictures and item?I also asked why is there a No Returns Accepted option on the listing page when no one respects that, why do I then even bother to do that?Denis told me he will send a message to Bruce Meyers to send the shirt which I have no got at all.I think that Ebay would be a better trading place without PayPal and I hope they close the company as the are there just to steal money, they do not protect anything and I think it was Ebay' s job to read and look and make the final decision not PayPal who dose not even have the access to your Ebay account!People should start to sue them,I am serious, instead of writing these kind of messages more people should have them sued in court as this is a company that has a license to steal your money and is not doing what it is registered for doing!I can see that I will not be getting nothing back, the shirt was $360 not $36 but the most that I am furious is that my funds wore blocked for more then a month,I can wait to file a lawsuit against PayPal for doing such a terrific job and Bruce Meyers from New York if I do not get my shirt back.People just be careful as there are many cons and mind and mentally ill people and its not about the item if it is not to expensive it is about that which you will have an unnecessary problem, your business will stop and a company like PayPal will block do not think twice or have experienced people who can see the real side of the story even with all possible evidence! Both will get whats coming to them in a short time...

Transferred money to frd 1k fee is 30$ | PayPal review from San Francisco, California

Hi My frd needs money urgently for around 1k. I thought instead of sending via bank. Paypal is much better, easy, free and instant. All my options are wrong. Paypal took 3 to 5 days to get money. Paypal charged 30 fee and my frd got only 970 Paypal customer support worst on the earth. Support team is rude and does not listen to customer problems. I have to spend like an hour to discuss and explain the problem. Waste of time and money. They did not even mention about these charges when I am doing the transaction. Worst pay pal experience.

Paypal allows Int'l eBay Sellers to steal money

Ebay has created a nice little loophole, wherein an international seller can avoid getting bad feedback and keep your money because EBay won't address any problems after 45 days, even though the shipping time for international is 6-8 weeks. So I contacted Paypal, and their policy is the same. They might tout all their "Buyer Protection" but there is no follow through and they refuse to help, suggesting you contact your bank or the FBI Fraud Department. I will NEVER use PayPal again and I'm trying to find a way to lodge a formal complaint against both companies. Note: The Seller's name is "nileart".

Blocked my account for deleting old credit card | PayPal review

I've had a business account with PayPal for nearly ten years. I have had several credit cards associated with my account over that time, as card numbers do expire and have to be updated, and they also have to be changed if lost or stolen, which has happened to me twice. I made a purchase at Ebay and in the end, the money was refunded to me because the item had sold out by mistake. I went to my PayPal account to see if the refund had arrived, and it had - only the money was being held by PayPal. To my TREMENDOUS surprise, I found out that my money is being held for 6 months, and my account will be hold that entire 6 months, because I have "added and deleted too many credit cards on this account". Without any warning??? Let me tell, you... a 6-month hold of a persons funds, and freeze on their account that they use for business - because I have updated my credit cards probably a total of 5-6 times in 10 years? I've had to close my business because of this while I restructure my web site and find another merchant services company to accept payments through.

Pay Pal puts your account “Overdue” days before it is due. Go to Rip-Off Report#1140625 Read the letter from the Employee along with my last rebuttal.

They have also changed the website when you go to log in. You can no longer go in & “View Card Details” nor copy & paste when they go in & put things in & take things out. They did this so they can continue to get scam, cheat, lie, steal, defraud & make your payments even later. They did this after I informed them that the United States Postal Inspector which is a Federal Agency is investigating defrauding the United States Postal Service by using the USPS to defraud the consumer you & everybody else.

This came to a head in March, April & May 2014 when I was in contact with the USPS in Florida at one of the PO Boxes where you send your payments.

Also you can pay $1.30 more for "Certificate of Mailing" through the USPS. If you send this in 10, 15, 20 days or less since they put your account on "overdue" days before it is actually due you can use this to catch them in the lies.

Paypal awards fraud buyers, rips off honest sellers

Paypal awarded $440.99 to Jose Rivera, who frauded me on webstore.com. Jose bought the laptop from me, then reverses the charge as soon as it gets to his doorstep. I provided tracking information and attempted to contact Jose several times, but he is actively ignoring me while enjoying the free laptop he was granted at my expense. I contacted DE State Police and filed charges. Harmon told me to file a lawsuit against Paypal should I not receive my funds. I also faxed a police report to Hartford CT State Police, where Jose resides, in hopes of an arrest. Webstore booted Jose from the site since he's scammed other sellers.

PayPals error cost me $50 buck in overdraft

I received an message stating insufficient funds. I do not use Paypal all that much and I noticed at the time I was making a purchase that there was an old checking account on it. I selected another payment and submitted the purchase. Well guess what PayPal used the old account and I got hit with a 25 overdraft fee. So a short time later I again made an online purchase and it happened again. So now I have 50 buck in over draft charges. Believe me I made sure after the first error that I absolutely clear on selected an alternative payment method and it was accepted. Then it was ignored or do it seems. Now I am on the phone with PayPal while typing this and it's been 23:57 and I'm not done.

PENDING FEES BEING HELD | PayPal review from Auckland, Auckland

I have been a buyer on ebay for 4 yr's,100% feedback, have just started selling last 4 mth's.I am expected to ship quickly and not expect to be paid for several day's,this is to protect buyer's,well what about seller's? No where in the world is one expected to sell an item and not get paid straight away.My email copied and posted to pay pal below. PS SHORT UPDATE,pay pal has asked for date's item's shipped, they have been sent several email's of date's,and still fund's pending.I am totally disgusted in how you handle customer complaint's.I rang up pay pal last week which you will be aware of, requesting early payment of pending fee's from sale's and was told this could not happen, well it happened once before when one of your operator's paid me early when i told him the situation that New Zealand doesn't have International tracking number's as proof i posted an item.Get it thick ***'s,for the hundreth time, our postal service doesn't have International tracking number's,they do however provide insurance, but unless a buyer request's this, and it isn't cheap,i do not send item's insured. What i do do on any sale is keep a post office receipt. You have to realize that not everything revolve's around the US,you are also dealing with people from other countrie's,so get with the time's and change your bloody policie's to suit overseas people, where not a number. As for your customer service rep that kept me waiting for over 10 minute's, then the wait in the beginning to get through to some one which added up to a total of 45 mts is outrageous, no wonder when somebody finally talk's to a so called human being,is it any wonder we go off our tree,so this is why the rep said she would get a supervisor which i requested, but what she actually did,and it's not the 1st time,is let me sit on the phone for 10mts and 4 second's,is this standard practice? very bad customer relation's,i get the feeling with your slow response time that pay pal doesn't like to interact with customer's.When she finally got back on the line after her timer went off,i was told the supervisor was on the phone and he would get back to me,!!! no surprise, but no call,i wasn't holding my breath. What i am going to do is copy and paste this email and send to the major newspaper's in the State's, because my question on my pay pal money sitting in YOUR ACCOUNT and getting interest, which is not transferred to me and whether this is legal has also not been answered, obviously any question's of a sensitive nature are avoided like the plague by you. If i had a choice,i would change to another provider like a shot. As for email's coming back to me saying there is something wrong with my IPN server is a load of bull ***,everybody else's email'sget through.ebay ID glamour-puss-we-are

The Hyprocrisy of PayPal

My wife and I have been with PayPal for 12 years and in December they SAY we did something to break their rules....no way we did that, but they will not review our complaint...it seems that some *** took it upon himself to limit our account....we don't recommend paypal as legitimate if they allow one rotten apple to spoil the bunch - we are tired of being pushed around by this company of Ebay after giving them so much graft money over the years. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this fraud and straighten it out

You think that is bad. Check out what this employee said, in their Rebuttals!

Rip-Off Report#1140625 This is what employee's think of customers who complain. Well, guess what "Karma" is Bittch & they need get "Bitttched Karma" a zillion times. These two corporations are Pure EVIL & GREEDY. They will not stop doing what they are doing.

They will continue to Defraud the consumer/customer & so far they have been doing it to me since 2011. But I keep on top of it I always save the best for last. It is just such a wonderful feeling when you Slap them in the Face with hard evidence. They have known for years that I go in & copy & paste amongst other things in my PayPal Account.

They changed the way it looks now because the United States Postal Inspector is involved, they only did this after I informed them of this. What a Joke! To work for PayPal GE Capital Retail Bank you have to do what this employee has done. This is the way they treat everybody "Asssswholes" By the way GE is changing their name for the 4th time now it is going to be SYNCHRONY Bank, they need to keep the word Bank because that is the business they are in not to mention the other illegal stuff they do.

They have to get as far as they can from the letter "G" they don't want to get away from making lots of "G's" Illegally just the letter itself. Words that start with "S" are Steal, Slaughter, Shittttt, Suckers, ***, Screw, & most important word that starts with an "S" SHEEP! All those SHEEP being led to another slaughter that have no idea about just how corrupt GE Capital Retail Bank & Pay Pal are & all that money that they will steal from the unsuspecting "SHEEP"! The other fringe benefit of the letter "S" they want customers to wait for a response from them.

They want the customer to hold their breath till they suffocate! That way they don't have to worry. They have made for sure that they can't get caught that is why they changed the Pay Pal page you can't see how crooked they really are pathetic not to mention EVIL!

NO SELLER PROTECTION | PayPal review

I sold a high dollar/high ticket item and then the buyer had buyers remorse and tried to get a partial refund stating item was "horribly not accurately described and torn." If it was that bad, NO ONE would keep the item, they'd return it immediately. Paypal, according to the supervisor of their escalations dispute dept stated that paypal made a "glitch" and the agent re-opened the case by "glitch" and now the case is starting over. So now over $400 is taken from my account and the buyer gets to delay the process all over again. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING in my (the seller's) favor, even though they OUTRIGHT ADMITTED THEIR ERROR. PAYPAL IS A RIPOFF
