To say my issue was resolved would be comedy at best! I can hardly believe what had taken place since my issue was first reported to you.
I am outraged by the behavior of the "Customer Service Manager" assigned to assist me with all the professionalism of the absolute worst I have EVER encountered!! I was first contacted by PayPal's Customer Service via voice mail. The young man she is a very monotone, unenthused voice that was none to clear and hard to understand. Basically he said he was a manger and was contacting new regarding an issue I had reported to you.
He then said, so, if you still have an issue you should call need back because I'm a manager . I attempted to return the call but, received a message that the person I was trying to reach was unavailable at the moment too my contact info and said my call would be returned as soon as possible. I have received 4 calls from the same young man since that day. When I answer the phone, he pretends he cannot hear me, begins making childish noises followed by what I can only assume is his contact info telling me to call back and though I am repeatedly saying hello!
Hello, can you hear me? Hello??" He then makes a *** noise and hung up on me. I have attempted to call the number at least a half dozen times and as soon as the phone makes the connecting sound, the line goes dead LIKE HE HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!??!! Are they kidding me or what??!
I have never experienced ANYTHING like this in my whole life. At this point, intend to pay off my balance and will never do business with this company again!! Seriously, I'm appalled!! Customer service?!
Like an episode straight out of "The Twilight Zone!". Horrible, horrible experience!!

The blanket in the photos is supposed to be a Greenbay Packer commemorative blanket. It is supposed to be in Green and Gold.
It was supposed to be a micro fleece blanket. Neither of these apply to the item received. This was a poorly dyed item that was a mix colors of pink blue and looked like a tye dyed mess. I reported it: a case was opened and from there I was offered 30.00.
I declined it and the only option I was given was to return a defective item that was not what I ordered. Then I was asked during a lockdown order and quarantine to return the item by April 1 for a refund. I was given an unrealistic date to go to the PO under quarantine violations, I was given a address to return that was in Chinese, and I was given a fictitious email address to write to sellers. I had no way to convey any of this to PayPal as the offices are closed, the website email tells me to contact resolutions (which cannot be reached either) and I finally received a way to talk via chat which responses came days later and were obviously not going to help regardless of proof.
I sent pictures, I tried to tell them my emails will not be accepted via resolutions or customer service, I cannot leave my house (tested for COVID19).
One rep responded by saying well we are all affected by COVID19. If the products not returned the case will be closed and you get nothing.

User's recommendation: Don’t use them. They don’t honor their own policies, allow scammers to scam people and charge fees to send money to accounts I didn’t authorize. We are all in the pandemic but to use the situation to capitalize on its consumers is just wrong and unethical.

OMG. Do you know NOTHING ?
Why did you publish sensitive personal information to an open internet website forum? Somebody in Moldavia or the Ukraine now has it. You had best get busy TODAY changing everything : passwords, phone numbers, any accounts stored on your computer, new stronger door and window locks, get a P.O. Box one town over for your mail.
And more. You mad a terrible error in judgment, don't repeat it and do not ignore my advice.
