Confirmation of email address

Paypal enabled Fraud

PayPal allowed a buyer to retract payment after receiving item then claimed they have no record of this transaction despite emails stating the contrary. PayPal states they have seller protection which is false. Customer service will give you the run around until you give up. For a financial institution, PayPal is horrendous and enables fraud.

I WANT MY MONEY

You people have locked up my SBA loan and my business is about to go into bankruptcy because of it. I received an email from someone at paypal on the 24th of september saying that you were gonna release the funds if i gave you my account information. I have done that in 3 different messages. I have asked that you send it to the card linked to my paypal account ending in 3502 i have given you my bank account informatio. I have to comply with the terms of my sba loan in order to not go into default and i cannot do that when you are holding my funds hostage for 6 months. If i lose my business because of your actions I WILL SUE THE *** OUT OF YOU

Poor PayPal Customer rerouted into red tape

I see multiple mysteries charges on my PayPal. I tried to set up a PayPay account. The system said that I already had an account. There is indication of fraudulent activity on the PayPal account. I tried to delete the account to no avail. I emailed Pay Pal. I haven't received a response. I tried to call. I get an irrelevant prerecorded message after waiting for hours several days in a row. I have tried for weeks to speak with a human being at PayPal. I do not want to do business with a one way dead end street.

Why did you publish sensitive personal information to an open internet website forum? Somebody in Moldavia or the Ukraine now has it. You had best get busy TODAY changing everything : passwords, phone numbers, any accounts stored on your computer, new stronger door and window locks, get a P.O. Box one town over for your mail.

And more. You mad a terrible error in judgment, don't repeat it and do not ignore my advice.

I understand we are not in a good time but Ive been trying for over 1 month to try to rest my password and no one can get back to me. Its keeps saying if I need help log in. Um are they dumb I cant login. When I try to reset password it says oops something went wrong on there end so how does that work for me. Im at a different situation Than everyone because this doesnt happen to anyone else. So Im guessing there a glitch so I dont mind emailing someone and they could fix it in backend but that didnt work they told me to login and email from there. I almost lost it since I told them I cant login. Then I went to messenger to talk to someone and found out it was a robot. So t I went to social media to talk to some one and they couldnt help because there not allowed to So Im guessing when covid-19 Is over maybe There lines will work again. Its been over a month of my trying to reset my password very frustrating.

To say my issue was resolved would be comedy at best! I can hardly believe what had taken place since my issue was first reported to you.

I am outraged by the behavior of the "Customer Service Manager" assigned to assist me with all the professionalism of the absolute worst I have EVER encountered!! I was first contacted by PayPal's Customer Service via voice mail. The young man she is a very monotone, unenthused voice that was none to clear and hard to understand. Basically he said he was a manger and was contacting new regarding an issue I had reported to you.

He then said, so, if you still have an issue you should call need back because I'm a manager . I attempted to return the call but, received a message that the person I was trying to reach was unavailable at the moment too my contact info and said my call would be returned as soon as possible. I have received 4 calls from the same young man since that day. When I answer the phone, he pretends he cannot hear me, begins making childish noises followed by what I can only assume is his contact info telling me to call back and though I am repeatedly saying hello!

Hello, can you hear me? Hello??" He then makes a *** noise and hung up on me. I have attempted to call the number at least a half dozen times and as soon as the phone makes the connecting sound, the line goes dead LIKE HE HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!??!! Are they kidding me or what??!

I have never experienced ANYTHING like this in my whole life. At this point, intend to pay off my balance and will never do business with this company again!! Seriously, I'm appalled!! Customer service?!

Like an episode straight out of "The Twilight Zone!". Horrible, horrible experience!!

I have been scammed by PopPalm.com alias Chicinfos Ltd. also. When I requested a return form and full refund they replied to me in Chinese. They send you an email address that they do not support. The email bounces back stating their inbox is full and cannot receive more messages. They ask me to send photos of the items I purchased and guess what their email box is too full. PayPal needs to get rid of this seller. I am not a happy consumer. This company is scamming the general public. Once this is resolved, I getting rid of my PayPal account also.

The blanket in the photos is supposed to be a Greenbay Packer commemorative blanket. It is supposed to be in Green and Gold.

It was supposed to be a micro fleece blanket. Neither of these apply to the item received. This was a poorly dyed item that was a mix colors of pink blue and looked like a tye dyed mess. I reported it: a case was opened and from there I was offered 30.00.

I declined it and the only option I was given was to return a defective item that was not what I ordered. Then I was asked during a lockdown order and quarantine to return the item by April 1 for a refund. I was given an unrealistic date to go to the PO under quarantine violations, I was given a address to return that was in Chinese, and I was given a fictitious email address to write to sellers. I had no way to convey any of this to PayPal as the offices are closed, the website email tells me to contact resolutions (which cannot be reached either) and I finally received a way to talk via chat which responses came days later and were obviously not going to help regardless of proof.

I sent pictures, I tried to tell them my emails will not be accepted via resolutions or customer service, I cannot leave my house (tested for COVID19).

One rep responded by saying well we are all affected by COVID19. If the products not returned the case will be closed and you get nothing.

I reported receiving an item I did not order. It cost me 59.99. I received a flimsy blanket that was a the dyed blanket unlike what I ordered. PayPal assured me I would receive a refund but instead took advantage of their closed offices, unreachable email address by notifying me up return the item to the scamming seller in China. They provided an email address that was not valid and gave me an address written in Chinese to send the item back. They also gave me less than 7 days to do so. In the middle of a Stay at Home order where I was just tested for Covid 19. I explained I would sue them for putting me into an impossible way of getting my money back. They didnt care. I couldnt get a response from anyone. Therefore, I will absolutely sue. This is so unethical. I recently took all of my info out of their system as they were allowing a person other than me to send money to a bank account other than mine. It has been absolutely impossible to reach them.

User's recommendation: Don’t use them. They don’t honor their own policies, allow scammers to scam people and charge fees to send money to accounts I didn’t authorize. We are all in the pandemic but to use the situation to capitalize on its consumers is just wrong and unethical.
