I wanted to sell one of my music instruments through the internet - I used Reverb which is great. One woman bought my instrument and sent money for it to my PayPal account. When I wanted to log in into PayPal to see if the money came, they wanted from me my old phone number which was needed to log in. I changed this number 2 years ago and even I put there right password and mail adress, they still wanted the old phone number. I tried to call PayPal many times, write mails, chat with them through my new PayPal account, through the Facebook - they did not answer or the answer was: try it again in the business hours...even I tried it many times in different times in the daytime I was not able to speak to the real person, just to the automatic robots. So sad and frustrating!

I ordered a debt card. The debt card I ordered yesterday does it come with a pin number? The reason I need a pin number. Is to take money off it at the ATM. How can I transfer money on my PayPal account. Besides using my banks mobile app. I know you can go the store and put money on your card for a small fee. Of 3.25. Can I use a PayPal gift card to pay off balances and add money to your account? Is there even a such thing..a PayPal gift card? I called customer service and asked the customer service representative.He said I could get a gift card from circle k.

I placed order for curtains and they were damaged. I have called in July when order received and have been sending information including pictures and still not reply. I would like to send a complaint to paypal regarding this purchase. the transaction is 18-0728*-76446 under Mikayla Rogers Wolsky. I was told that this would take 4-5 days which has been now more than 3 months. You will see all documentation regarding my calls and clarification of what information you needed and sent it as requested. I paid 415.00 for curtains and my only request is that i receive undamaged product that is not damaged for that amount spent.
