A refund for a non PayPal purchase
A company in Liverpool England, Beats Tour Co. wants to refund my purchase to PayPal, but I didnt use PayPal to make the purchase. Is this possible? If so, what information so, do they need?

PayPal now say's you can no longer use paypal. I've verified my identity with the credit part of PayPal. But no luck to get anyone to call me back or even call paypal to get a person on the phone . They are just gonna hold my money for no reason

I got scammed by a Chinese company, got plastic bottles on a shap of dumbbells instead of adjustable dummbles Paypal does not protect the buyer, and it encourages the scammers to keep going

Re: Case ID: PP- D-6993**** and PP-D-6993**** After filing a dispute with PayPal, the seller finally sent me the item order for $36.00 under Case ID: PP- D-6993****. So this one is resolved. HOWEVER, PP-D-6993**** is still unresolved. This order container two items for $103.49. After filing my dispute, I only received one item. I sent several messages via the Message Center to PayPal since I was unable to update and/or add comments to my dispute. I also sent the seller an email message about only receiving one item and the seller never responded. Additionally, the seller shows that order was delivered. The seller only sent 1 of 2 items. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with PayPal for (1) never responding to my messages since you can't talk to a live person anymore. Trust me, I've called every number I could find for PayPal, and (2) denying and closing my account without reviewing the additional information I submitted which shows proof of my claim. If this is how PayPal resolves issues then PayPal can no longer be trusted. I am requesting the case/claim be reopened and refund of the item I did not receive. Additionally, this seller should not be allowed to use PayPal any more. This is robbery!! I would kindly appreciate a response to this issue in a timely manner. I'm tired of PayPal's non-responsiveness.

Dear Sirs, . My name is Vasileios Tsolis and my account has two limitations, for which I have spent a lot of time to resolve without results. Paypal have requested a number of docs with the most recent sacanned copy of my passport Unfortunately no action from Paypal. Therefore I have requested to close my account. I have tried to do it through pay pal by deleting bank account and cards but paypal did not psermit me to do it
