PayPal wrongfully deducted $276.13 from my account, because of a (charge back) request that PayPal was supposed to remove on March 28, 2022 at the request of the bank card holder.
No, PayPal has not contacted me and I have not got my money back. I have talked to at least a dozen different people at PayPal Customer Service Dept. and only one lady actually tried to help me. Every time I called Customer Service I was connected with a different person, so I had to start all over with a long explanation about what happened. The very last one that I talked too finally"got it" , and assured me that she was going to help me get my money back, and guess what .... I still don't have my money.

I'm routinely locked out of my PayPal had personal and business accounts combined because my phone number is the only one i have. In attempts to correct this I've locked my account with the amount of of times instructed and then just *** out for 72 hours when the system resets. Since im judged to be a "problem"customer the whole experiences are npted and iill rectify by seprat myself from this compamy asawould suggest you all do likewie. dont. find any er wat

Hey My name is ami shah I was facing a issue of not able to receive amount in my papal account. So I thought mayb I had some issues with current PayPal account so I tried to open new fresh account. I got verified and even bank was linked and verified still I wasnt able to receive my amount l. Can you tell me why ? First thing. Second thing it says I have to open Bussniess account to receive money so when I do that my account got permanently restricted? I dont understand? I dunno what kind of serious is this ? I canceled a transaction from Walmart since February 17. Contacted them about the refund a few days later were they claimed the refund has already been made and gave me a transac ID also to follow up with Paypal. I've tried contacting them through +353******** which goes to a voicemail at all times. Tried the facebook account and was told to wait 30 working days but its been more than two months now. The transaction was never logged in my Paypal history transactions and through the Paypal community I was told it could have been done through a guest account!?! Resolved

I ordered from a FB ad, and after checking out discovered they had charged me almost 20% sales tax which negated the sales price they offered on the item. This didnt appear until I had already authorized payment. Immediately tried to contact PayPal to cancel the order, but chat wasnt helpful. Told me to contact company. Finally started looking for a phone number online and came across your site, and was able to reach someone who opened an investigation. PayPal has refunded my payment. All is well. Thank you

First off, I tried updating my mobile number on the app, it said successfully updated, however when I tried to transfer my funds to the linked account it keeps saying an error occurred. I think maybe the number is still not updated. Subsequently, when I kept trying to transfer my money as I really need it urgently. I got logged out of the account and I cant log in again as it says an unusual activity was noticed. It was all me doing the activities. I can do anything to prove this so I can get my account back and transfer the money. Please help. Thank you
