I opened a case with PayPals resolution center because I never received an item I purchased. Ive been given the run around by PayPal, and the resolution date keeps getting pushed farther and farther away. No help when I send a message, I just get the run around.

Can't login into my account. I no longer have access to the phone number attached to my account

It has been over a month and I still can't log into my account and I have been trying to contact them for the past 45 days every day. I even called to request a check and close my account AND I'M STILL NOT GETTING A RESPONSE OR HELP.

PayPal instructed me to call

I have called 500 times, to get the same result. I can't log in in the app or in the web browser and every time I try to it tells me that they can't verify that it's me and to contact PayPal and they give me the 1888 number. when I called the number your stupid computer hangs up on me before I even get a minute in. I've been trying to get money out to pay my bills and y'all have been hoarding it from me. I need to know a number to contact somebody now.

I transfered money from my paypal account on wednesday and it showed that the transaction was completed.......but no money was credited to my bank account ..to my suprise today i found the money was refunded to my paypal

My account is locked. It's been 180 days and I still can't get my money out.

PayPal said that I can no longer use my account and that they ( PayPal ) would be contacting me in 180 days bout my money's in my account. It's been 180 days and I need my money. So when will I be contacted bout it.

Now I'm pissed the *** Guy this is now the third time that they have illegally put a hold on my money that was rightfully sent to my account and now they're telling me that it'll be available in 24 hours no I need my money now and if I don't get it I'm hiring my family lawyer who does international lawsuits and I am going to sue the *** out of PayPal I have meds I need filled and without that money I can't get them filled if I get sick I swear to God I will own you

Unauthorized purchase

Unauthorized Transaction on Friday November 6, 2020. Do not have an account but an account was made with my email address and husbands card information ending in 1310. Need an investigation to find out who and how account was made and used for GameStop.

Unauthorized payment

I have 3 unauthorized transactions pending from 11/7/20. I have attempted unsuccessfully to report this a through your website. I Really Need to Speak to someone immediately!!! Your directions to report an activity unprofessional and insensitive to me the account/cardholder. I should not be denied access to speaking to a representative

I have now been sent a email to reset my password but it won't let me login and I've been trying to get back in touch with PayPal and I don't get any human response

I'm locked out of my PayPal account and I called a number listed for PayPal and I just got took took by a scam artist for$150 trying to get back into my PayPal account because I have been trying for 3 months to get help but you don't answer my emails

User's recommendation: Give up I've been trying to get a person to talk to me and actually help for 3 months I got so desperate I let myself get conned by someone using PayPal Logo on google but if PayPal would help their consumers maybe it wouldn't be so easy for the crooks to take advantage of their costomers.

PayPal did not honor Buyer Protection Policy

Below is copy of a complaint I filed today with the Better Business Bureau. Filed on : November 7 2020 PayPal, Inc. 2211 N 1st St San Jose CA 95131-**** Complaint Description: Failure to honor PayPal Purchase Protection to help buyers get a refund for incorrect items received then returned despite following PayPal policies. I am writing about a PayPal Case Dispute. I have been notified the case was closed in the seller's favor because the proof of my return provided was invalid. 1. August 31, 2020 I placed clothing order with Noracora Joyfornice Designs and issued a PayPal payment of $205.53 2. Sept 18 I received an incorrect shipment of wrong sizes, items not ordered and duplicate items also not ordered. The items were sent from the seller in So. San Francisco, CA. 3.September 19 I email the seller of the errors and requested return authorization according to the provisions of their return policy, set forth from the seller web site from which I ordered. 4. September 19, the seller agreed to accept the return, and refund my entire payment, however, for the first time customer service tells me the items must be returned to Guangzhou, China and will incur international shipping and customs fees. This requirement is NOT specified in their return policy. I informed the seller that I would adhere to the terms of their return policy on the web site from which I placed the order and return the items postage prepaid with tracking # to the originating shipping address. 5. Sept 20 I opened a PayPal dispute against the seller for receipt of incorrect items and request refund. 6. September 20, seller sent an email requesting the tracking # and claiming my refund was under processing and would be issued upon receipt of the returned items. 7. September 23, seller received the returned items which was sent USPS restricted delivery and required the signature of a recipient representative in order to be delivered. Proof of delivery on Sept 23, was signed by a company representative. 8. Sept 24, seller email acknowledges receipt of items, but claims they will only issue a refund if I close my PayPal case since PayPal has frozen the funds. Because of the PayPal policy once a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened, therefore, I refused to close the case unless my refund was issued. 9. Sept 25, I escalated the case to a PayPal claim, requesting a refund for the returned items. As requested by PayPal I filed an IC3 Complaint Referral Form with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. 10. October 26 PayPal closed the case in the seller's favor claiming "the proof of return you provided was invalid. 11. The proof of return submitted to PayPal was issued by the US Postal Service as proof of Restricted Delivery, which guarantees that your mail is only delivered to the addressee. The items were received Sept 23 and signed by company representative. October 29, I sent an email to PayPal customer service I respectfully requesting they review the decision to resolve the case in favor of the seller because proof of my return was not valid. Your Desired Resolution: I request PayPal honor their Buyer Protection Policy as stated on their website and excerpted below. Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? (Purchase Protection for buyers) When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Purchase Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. To qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection: Use PayPal to complete your payment. Let the seller know there's a problem with the transaction by opening a dispute in the Resolution Center within the timeframe noted in the transaction details. If you can't resolve the issue with the seller, escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of the date you opened the dispute. Keep your PayPal account in good standing. If your transaction qualifies for PayPal Purchase Protection you are covered for the full purchase price plus the original shipping charges. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

Someone hacked my PayPal account and is doing an authorized charges

Somehow someone hacked my bank account through PayPal and its charging up a storm I go to the email that the PayPal account is linked to and its someone elses email and someone elses phone number I dont wanna speak to the automated system I wanna speak to a real person to get this situation handled
