Got locked out trying to put in password. Link to reset from Customer Service I was able to get in and review account very satisfied with the results

My card

my card was blocked because of more attempts of transaction yet I never knew that my balance was low for the transaction I was doing....I tried even to access my paypal account of this gmail ...and it was also blocked and I decided to create a new one ..but also my card of standard chartered was also rejected iam reqjesting to unlock my card and paypal account because all my business are ruined via pay pall

Absolutely Nebulous Customer Service

Immediate denial to billing dispute without further explanation. No transparency, no respect for customers' financial situations. At the very least, customers deserve an explanation, especially when the billing dispute is over an error on the merchant's end! Wong card was charged as no option was provided for choosing a card, PayPal refused to respond. Ridiculous.

There is a scam on your website sitting up invoices from Howard Appleby they say when you call that number call this number 1 88*-***-**** they say they are PayPal security and they are there to help you get rid of your fragrant charges on your web on your account but I was on the phone with them yesterday there is a lot of people calling them they try to *** your account very bad please try to stop them
